Nick Brooks-Ward, Event Director: “This is the final weekend of international competition at Euston Park before we welcome the world to HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum UK Endurance Festival , which of course, includes the Meydan FEI Endurance European Championship of 2019. We will host 5 days of Pony Club, National and International competition which features the richest prize money ever offered in Europe. This is thanks to the generosity of His Highness and Meydan. This weekend the course rode really well and I was delighted with two days of top class endurance. Now all our focus turns to delivering the best possible Festival and Championship that Great Britain can offer.”
Ahmed Al Hammadi, (UAE), Ground Jury President: “I have been very happy to participate as the President of The Ground Jury here at Euston Park. It makes our job much easier to have such a great team made up of sponsors, officials and one of the best Organisers in the world. The standard of care for the horses was at a very high leve. This weekend was great preparation for the forthcoming Festival, which is a very positive event for our industry with the inclusion of national rides, junior rides and, of course, the very top level of competition in our sport.”
Antonio Farim (POR), Veterinary Commission President: “It’s been a very good event. This venue is one of the best in the world and the organisation has been fantastic. We’ve had no issues with the vetting so I am very pleased.”
