Visitors’ Information

Visitors are welcome to The Rushford Estate. There will be opportunities to watch the Rides both at strategic points around the course and at the vet lanes on the event ground.

There is no charge to visit the Rides.

All Rides start and finish at Rushford Estate, near Thetford, which lies close to the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Full details can be found here.

Parking is available on site and is free of charge. Please follow event signage for the visitors’ car park.

In previous seasons, when the rides took place at Euston Park,  there were two catering outlets on site.  Whilst plans for this year are still uncertain, the information below gives you a taste of the catering that has been offered in the past:

Cambridge Crepes  offers sweet and savoury crepes and Cottage Kitchen which has the below on offer:


All day breakfast items such as bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms in various combinations. £3.00 – £4.00

Handmade beef, minted lamb, venison & tandoori chicken burgers. £3.50 – £4.00

Vegetarian burgers, free range egg rolls £2.50 – £3.00

English rump steak, onion, mushroom & Stilton cobs £4.50

Hot & cold drinks £1.00 – £2.00

With seasonal additions of salads, cold rolls, melon pots, and sweet treat

Rushford is also a short 10-minute drive up the A1066 from Thetford where there are a number of pubs and restaurants.

The best places from which to watch the Endurance Rides are the Crew Points. Information on the location of these can be found on the relevant pages for each each ride under the Competitor Info section.

Dogs are allowed in certain areas of the Rushford Estate but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Competitors are welcome to camp, either in a tent or in their lorry.

No corralling is allowed.
